Despite being shot down repeatedly for decades, London City Council has voted in favour* of exploring a ring road around the city.1 Theyâre also keen to revisit widening Wonderland Road2 (to the tune of $400M) to save drivers a whoppingâchecks notesâtwo minutes of travel time.
