Tonight (Thursday, May 2nd) finds hepcats from all over gathering in seven different locations to blanket this city in cool as London Music Week highlights some of our best jazz bands. And with no cover, thereâs no good reason to pass on the opportunity to break out the fedora and join the party.

We canât find a listing of whoâs throwing down at Fridayâs High School Battle of the Bands, but that just ratchets up the surprise-factor!

Get out your Black Tuxedo for (the) Maestroâs appearance at Sundayâs gala to wrap London Music Week, then take in the full symphony with London Symphoniaâs Obsessions later this month.

Sunfest and Home County will undoubtedly maintain their status as two of Londonâs biggest summer festivals, but one of itâs most originalâThe Grickle Grass Festivalâis closing out their 10-year run. This one-of-a-kind festival takes over the London Childrenâs Museum for its last hurrah June 1st. With locals Shad, Whoop-Szo, Willow Switch, Whipping Wind and others on the line-up, itâs going to be a fitting farewell.

Ever listened to live opera in the kitchen? The Village Opera brings Bon AppĂ©tit: A Musical Tasting Menu to the Market Kitchen at Covent Garden Market later this year.
