069 - Hungry Like the Wolf 🐺

Have you ever heard a wolf’s song? It’s almost as magical as the synth melodies of London electro-pop artist Wolf Saga—who’s just been nominated in the Ontario Independent Recording Artist category for the upcoming Forest City London Music Awards. Lean more toward rock and roll? Then you’re probably missing Mountain of Wolves’ touring. Have no fear, you can always keep train your ears on Forest City Records for more work from vocalist/guitarist Richard Gracious.

The Wolfe Pack has delivered some of London’s most notable food-ventures of the last half decade and though some of you may be mourning the closure of Wolfe of Wortley, fret no more! The boys are back with not one, not two, but THREE new offerings. Company Bar is still under construction, Through Thick and Thin is coming soon, and The Little Bird celebrated its soft opening yesterday. And my, what delicious treats they have!

The upcoming City Symposium has a of local change-makers that we’re all-ears for (shout-out to Localist patron and City Symposium co-host Sameer Vasta)!

We can't make a list about wolves without mentioning the legacies of Norton and Lucille Wolf: who’s charitable work includes support for the above-mentioned Wolf Performance Hall, the sculpture garden at Museum London, St. Joseph Breast Care Centre and many others.
