Size doesn’t matter, and we can prove it: although London may have a sprawling footprint, some people have learned to pack more value into less space. Here’s a list of some of our favourite small spaces around town.

🎨 East Village Arts Collective

With capacity for “about 90 people,” this cooperatively run arts collective in the east end guarantees an up-close-and-personal encounters both the bands on stage and visiting artist’s work on the walls.

🌱Pocket Park

Situated kitty-corner to Labatt’s and just outside N+1 Cycle’s door, SoHo’s Pocket Park mixes native plants and concrete to create a little oasis amidst the increasing hustle along Richmond & Horton.

🍔🍔 Burger Burger’s Patio

Burger Burger’s patio may look small relative to the size of their popular Top Bun...or it just might be objectively small. Regardless, it’s always packed with great food and good people. Caution: the more you eat, the less room you’ll have.

💐 Tania Floral Design

Located at 99½ Stanley Street, Tania Floral Design manages to utilize 100% of her shop to offer the “unique, garden-inspired floral arrangements” she’s known for.
