026 - Subscribers’ Suggestions 🗣️
We’re half-way through the year and excited to have delivered 25(!) lists to your inboxes already. To celebrate, we’ve formed list #26 around suggestions from our subscribers. Here’s your take on the authentic London experiences we missed the first time around.
🎶
Mark reminds us that any one of The London Music Club’s three rooms provide an intimate environment for live music, but it’s their Front Room that provides the least space between performer and audience (so much so, we probably could have easily included it on —as well).
🍕
Jeff lobbied hard to make sure we re-balanced the pizzauniverse by including Palasad’s wood-fired pizza on this list (don’t let the lasers distract you—this pie is indeed quite good) while James suggested zen’Za Pizzaria and their “whole new take on comfort food” on King St.
👀
If you’re looking for old stuff, Dave would like to draw your attention to the Jack Richardson London Music Hall of Fame for artifacts from London’s musical past (and present) including platinum records by Kiss, Guy Lombardo’s jackets, and much more.

Mike pointed out that Heroes Comics is now spread across two floors, making it a local treasure trove of “geek culture” (his words, not ours) in the heart of downtown. With a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, it’s a great place to hang out, to have a laugh, and to pick up something cool.
Next week: Patio Lanterns
